Le jeu du chocolat

Par Murray Dewhurst à Auckland, Nouvelle-Zélande

This game was news to me, but the 14 screaming and laughing kids in my lounge for our 10 year olds birthday party seemed to know all about it.

To play you need a block of chocolate, a knife and a fork, a crazy costume of some sort (in our case a wolf mask and some tinsel we found lying around) and a dice. If a player shakes a ‘6’ they quickly put on the outfit before they try to eat as much chocolate as possible with the knife and fork – no hands allowed. They have to stop when the next player shakes a 6. Easier said than done and quite hilarious. Best played with chocolate that’s been in the fridge for a few hours.
