Centro de São Paulo

Last saturday I went to Sao Paulo’s city center with two friends. The day was beautiful and hot, and the city was calm as we are having some holidays here. Well, it was amazing…we spent a lot of time there, and ended up having some beer. I have to admit to myself…I’m falling in love with Sao Paulo now, after living here for 35 years!

This is the first drawing I made. It’s called Monumento a Carlos Gomes, one important nineteenth century classical composer, known for the “O Guarani” opera.

The second one was a huge effort. This is the Martinelli building, which was built between 1924 and 1931. It is a kind of a landmark in Sao Paulo

The last one I made from the a bar, enjoying a nice beer…great day!

More information about this drawings in my blog, in Portuguese.
