Inma Serrano

“My name is Inma Serrano and I live in Seville, in Southern Spain.

I think that my personality is just like everyone living in the south of somewhere: I like the sun, going out, meeting people, living in the street, enjoying the city, taking my time…

So I think I found in “drawing in location” the way of expression that helps me to understand and know what I have around.

I first met Urban Sketchers two years ago, since then I have been participating in USK Spain blog with my posts and sketches.

The summer before last I was in Lisbon and this latter in Santo Domingo, and I was lucky enough to meet many of you there. Good forgiveness, excellent sketchers and now, much better friends.

I must thank the fact that you have thought of me to post on this blog because my life  is not really particularly original.

I studied Arts and now I work as a teacher working in a school with teenagers and a lot of patience, too. 

I wanted to start with one of my last sketches in Chipiona, (a  small town in Cádiz where many people from Sevilla spend the summer together, why not?).”
