Workshop Instructor: Arno Hartmann, Germany

Born in 1974, Arno Hartmann is a graduate in Architecture and Urban Planning (University of Siegen, Germany). From 2003 to 2005, Arno was an independent architect with «LHVH Architekten» (Cologne/Germany), before he started as a freelance graphic artist and web designer in 2005 (www.arnohartmann.de). Since 2009, Arno is a workshop instructor for drawing architecture at the «Summer Academy Harz», Germany (http://sommerakademie-harz.eu/05architekturzeichnen_hartmann.html). Since 2013, Arno Hartmann is a scientific associate at the chair of architecture depiction (Prof. G. Müller) at the University of Technology of Dortmund, where he’s teaching freehand drawing and perspective. Arno is an active member of Urban Sketchers Germany (Instructor at the Darmstadt Symposium 2015) and Urban Sketchers Cologne/Düsseldorf/NRW. He lives and works in Cologne/Germany, sketching mainly in and around Central Europe.
