Demo Presenter: Ed Harker, Bristol (United Kingdom)

Ed is an Infant school head-teacher who’s been sketching daily since he read ‘The Creative License’ four years ago. He’s an enthusiastic amateur and loves exploring the world through drawing. Since starting sketching he’s introduced drawing lessons into his school, and is a member of the Bristol/South West Urban Sketchers group. His general approach to sketching is fairly fast, usually straight to ink, and mostly using brush-pens/ink-brushes. He has a distracting interest in building tiny watercolour palettes, and generally tinkering with sketching kit when he really should be out sketching… He has a blog to share his progress and the techniques he’s using. He is delighted and amazed to be sharing a bill with so many fine sketchers!
