Manchester Symposium. Day 3. w23, w16, w15, parallel activity, A10 and d&d

[By Javier de Blas, symposium 2016 correspondent]

The soaring espace was the subject of workshop 23, by Stephanie Bower. Karen Jones was the last sketcher when I arrived in the first floor. The scene was perfect.

Isabel Carmona and Len Grant were given workshop number 16 at the .Royal Exchange Theatre, on composition and color. I tried to apply the rules based on sketchers at work.

Nina Johansson gave her workshop, n. 15, at the Jhon Ryland’s Library. Beautiful space I couldn’t almost apreciate, cause I arrived when they were finishing.

At BZ hall Luke and Peter were  enchanting us with his music as a paralel activity that I wished to record for you.

Rita Sabler gave us a very detailed, pleasant and instructive lecture on the art of travel sketching.

The pubcrawl was distended an productive as always. But afterwards, in my group of dinner, nobody moved even one pencil, as we say in Spain…
