[By Javier de Blas in La Rioja, Spain] Yesterday, at the Gran Casino in Logroño, Andrea de Blas gave a
recital of jazz, voice and keyboard, in support of battered women. With
full capacity, a failure in the sound equipment, to which nobody seemed
to find a solution, made the audience fear the worst. But Andrea did not think twice: she started singing without a mic and the devices ended up working. The
sweetness of her voice, or her generosity or, who knows, the
conjunction of the stars, took care that we left the concert with the
desire of embracing.
