Omakase means leaving the meal entirely to the hands of the chef, the chef usually has the final say in the menu. Very similar in sketching, we own the capture in our sketch narrative, here I tried to assemble the sights, smell, taste experience in my gastronomic omakase feast at Sushi Reki.
