Warung Ijo is a popular vegetarian restaurant in Singapore that serves delicious Indonesian cuisine. Located in the heart of the city, the restaurant boasts a cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu features a variety of traditional Indonesian dishes, such as nasi goreng, sate ayam, and rendang, at reasonable prices with generous portions.
The food is freshly prepared and cooked to perfection, with bold flavors and just the right amount of spices. Guests can even choose their preferred spice level. The restaurant’s owner is also authentically Indonesian. I love their food—it’s so authentic and delicious. If you’re a fan of authentic Indonesian vegetarian food, this restaurant is a must-visit.
As for my artistic interests, while I enjoy urban sketching, I also love experimenting with various painting styles. Painting is a mindful practice for me, whether I’m a beginner or a professional. I believe every artist paints from the heart, each with their own unique feel and style. Consequently, every painting or drawing reflects the artist’s personality.
Initially, I found watercolor painting challenging as a beginner, especially with low-grade paints. However, with continued practice and a focus on the painting process, I realized the significance of the artist’s mood and mental state at the time, which proved to be quite challenging.
Each individual interprets paintings differently, influenced by their own mood. What mood do you experience when viewing this work?
I deeply admire the works and styles of every artist. The spirit and creative inspiration of each artist stem from their unique styles, perspectives, moods, passions, and surroundings. Artists think from their hearts, embracing big, revolutionary, and visionary ideas.
