#USkWeek2025 May 6: Growing Through Learning

Urban Sketchers builds a global classroom without walls. From hands-on workshops to global grants and storytelling programs, we support sketchers at every stage of their journey.

In today’s slides, we explore the many ways USk fosters growth: through Regional Event Grants that bring sketchers together, Reportage Grants that support visual storytelling, the Emerging Storytellers program, USk Talks, and our Workshop program.

You’ll also hear directly from grantees and participants whose paths were shaped by these opportunities and how learning through sketching deepens both skill and connection.

Take a look below and celebrate what sketching has taught you.
