We are looking for a dynamic and driven Outreach Coordinator to help us expand our mission and engage with diverse communities. If you are passionate about supporting the USk vision and have the ability to think strategically, we’d love you to join us!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work with the Executive Board to develop and implement outreach strategies to build relationships with local organizations, schools, businesses, Chapters and other community groups
- Cultivate partnerships and identify opportunities for collaboration and community engagement
- Track and report outreach activities and outcomes
- Support all USk Committees: fundraising, membership, events, education and awareness-building campaigns
- Coordinate activities and communications for International Urban Sketchers Week
- Reports to the President
Qualifications:
- An active Urban Sketcher
- Strong administrative skills to manage documentation in English within the Google Workspace environment
- Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other volunteers
- Experience in outreach, community relations, or public relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a variety of individuals and organizations
- Organized, with excellent time management and project coordination abilities
- Experience of working from home or in a voluntary position is desirable
