Only two of us could make it Saturday (our regular monthly sketchcrawl) but we had a good time just the same. Our Downtown Excelsior Partnership has taken over running the mineral water bar and the Hall and just had a grand re-opening recently. It’s wonderful to have it open on weekends again! Beautiful old building–it was a WPA project in the 1930s, is Art Deco in style, with a Mayan/Aztec theme (who knows why??), and is visited by those interested in history and architecture from all over the world!
I had a little time left after doing the water bar, so added my tools and notes to the next page…
