Susana Mendes Silva, a Portuguese plastic artist, conceived a public art project in the Santa Justa Lift, in Lisbon. She invites the passengers, mostly tourists, to publish in her blog some of their impressions of the ride and of the lift itself.
I have sketched the square where the lift starts, a view from the top, of the inside of the lift, during the ride, and a view from down below.
