San Rafael California – Marin County Building, originally uploaded by Matthew-1. The Marin County civic building, a composition of circles and semi-circles. Very interesting but also maybe a bit mannered – some great moments though. Was featured in the movie “Gattica” Wonderful climate and landscape in this part of California.
