Any items you purchase are created just for you. With on-demand production, everything is made to order, creating less waste than conventional manufacturing.
We provide various shipping options to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact us and we will try to find a solution.
Subject to stock availability, orders are dispatched within 2-5 days. You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route for the shipping option selected. Urban Sketchers cannot guarantee that our shipping providers or suppliers will not experience any shipping delays or problems.
Applicable taxes will be shown during the checkout process prior to finalizing your order. If applicable, VAT is included in the purchase price.
To complete a purchase on the website you may be required to provide credit card number, expiration date, billing address and shipping information. You represent and warrant that you have legal right to use any means of payment used by you or through your account to purchase an Urban Sketchers product.
You acknowledge that any such information will be treated by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to provide such information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf through the Services. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order through the Services.
Urban Sketchers has no access to your personal credit card information which is processed through secure encryption via a third party (Stripe/Paypal).
Urban Sketchers strive to be as accurate as possible with the information given in product descriptions, images, photographs, pricing or other information such as approximate weights and dimensions. If a product offered by us is not as described or pictured, please email us within 48 hours with details of your complaint and any request for a refund.
In the event of an error, whether in the fulfillment or confirmation of an order, in delivering a product or otherwise, we reserve the right to correct any error and revise your order accordingly, or to cancel the order and refund any amount charged.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damage for assessment. If appropriate, we will replace the item free of charge.
In the event that we are unable to replace the item, we will arrange a refund upon receiving the returned damaged product at the designated return address.
Once an order has been delivered by the carrier, Urban Sketchers is not responsible for reimbursement or resending the order if it is misplaced or stolen. It is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure the security of their package once it has been delivered. Each order comes with a tracking number. We strongly advise all customers to monitor their tracking information closely. Tracking your order allows you to know when it is out for delivery and when it has been delivered, helping to prevent theft or misplacement. If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. They will be able to assist you with locating your package or addressing delivery concerns.
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. The purchaser is responsible for paying these fees to the appropriate customs agency.
