I was invited to run a SketchCrawl in Manchester last weekend. We were drawing indoors at the Science Museum, but it was a lovely day, so we did a quickie outside. There’s a great area nearby, where several road and rail bridges cross the canal. Lots of lovely shapes and interesting light contrast, so that’s what I tried to capture:
It was so enjoyable to be able to comfortably sketch in the open air again.
