We are delighted to announce the recipients of the Urban Sketchers Reportage Grant 2024. From around the world we received 52 submissions on a wide variety of topics.
The USk Reportage Grant Program is open to individual sketchers, chapters, and creative collaborators from around the world. Visual storytelling lies at the heart of the USk movement. The program is designed to highlight the best examples of these efforts and to inspire new artist-reporters in our community.
Röportaj nedir?
Röportaj, kültürel bir olgunun, olayın, güncel tarihin vb. yerinde doğrudan gözlemle tamamlanan çizimlere dayanan görsel bir anlatımıdır. Çizimler, bir olayı yakalayarak ve bağlamı, karakterleri ve ortamı göstererek bir hikaye anlatmalıdır. Çizimlere, doğrudan çizimlerin üzerinde sunulan veya ayrı olarak eklenen kısa anlatı yazıları eşlik eder. Anlatı, birinci elden anlatım, araştırma ve röportajlarla desteklenir. Başarılı bir görsel röportaj, izleyicilere ortam ve insanlar hakkında bir his verir.

In 2024 the selection committee consisting of 8 judges completed the assessment process and the recipients are:

Winning proposals will now receive a grant in order to offset expenses related to the project. The authors will have until May 31, 2025 Hikayeyi bir röportaj formatında anlatan en az 12 yerinde eskizin tamamlanması da dahil olmak üzere önerilen projeyi tamamlamak.
