[By Teo Cheng Huat] Sitting just outside Rachel’s place in Capital Paradise, Shunyi District, Beijing on a Saturday morning. It was end spring and the day are starting to gets longer here. The shadow from the nearby maple tree caught my attention as I was waiting for Darren, my brother-in-law to start the barbeque fire. By the time I am done with this sketch, the shadow had crawl back onto this side of the street.
