弗兰克-盖里（Frank Gehry）为迈阿密新世界交响乐团（New World Symphony Orchestra）设计的新址工程正在顺利进行，公园前的重型机械正在轰鸣作业。在画这幅画的时候，我正站在大楼的旁边，这是我最容易联想到迈阿密海滩的建筑：办公大楼上不断变化的显示屏显示着时间和温度（华氏度，所以我看不懂，只知道这里比伦敦热多了）。也许明年我会画盖瑞。现在对我来说，这就是迈阿密。
