For the Lisbon World Exhibition in 1940 a big “Colonial” Garden was built.
Species from all the Portuguese Colonies, from all around the world, have been planted there.
75 years later there are no more Colonies and the gardens lost part of it’s variety but there are still lots of different trees, each with it’s one and only personality.
