City hall and music

Two months ago I went downtown for sketching. I drew the city hall at some distance. New city hall of Seoul is under construction behind of this old one. Getting near the city hall, I could hear some music. Arriving at the plaza in front of city hall I found that an orchestra was playing the classic pieces with a young violinist in cold and windy weather. Poems accompanied by music were recited also. Nearly hundreds of people were enjoying the music with their children on the grass freely sitting on the matting provided by the host. Because there were many hotels around the plaza I could see several foreigners among the listeners. It was exciting to sketch the players hearing the beautiful music!
