Vicki Street

Victoria Street links the Grassmarket and Royal Mile – which leads to the castle. There is always a good amount of Spaniards and Americans about. It’s also just around the corner from work so I popped out to spend half an hour drawing today. I drew it before, last year, from the other direction. There was furious cleaning going on today so I had to pick up my inkwell a few times and escape the mini cleaning machine. The wee guy from the council on the right reminded me of my German colleague who is apparently not attracted to Scots men because they are too short.
