Sketchcrawl 33rd at Selegie Road

Some of the Singapore sketchers gathered on the Saturday for a sketching trip at Selegie Road unaware of the 33rd Sketchcrawl day. We met at 8am for breakfast and started sketching at about 9am, spending the morning till noon at Selegie Road sketching a historical building – Ellison Building which was a Jewish community building in 1924. After lunch we continued at Ann Siang Hill till 4pm. The weather was really hot but it could not deter us.

I started out with his first sketch of the building…
Extending the sketch to the next page.
The proceed to continue with another facing page to create a panoramic view of the street.
My tools for the day
Finally adding colors – I love laying out my tools.
