Helsinki

Couple of weeks ago went to Helsinki to see Cat Power concert.

Unfortunately didn’t have an opportunity to draw at the concert – everything was dark and contre-jour. But had a chance to visit my favorite places and discover some more.

My favorite Helsinki bar – bar# 9, the place is lovely, they have the best pasta in the world and the barmens are always very nice.

This place reminds me of the one from Hopper’s painting “Nighthawks at the dinner”. (mostly because of huge windows, I think)

This bar’s name we can translate as Black Grouse’s knock.
