Coimbra

Coimbra is a small and old town north of Lisbon. It houses the oldest university of Portugal and one of the oldest in Europe. One can reach it by train in about 1h45m. I go there once a week on Wednesdays. I have a small group of architecture students waiting there for me. I try to show them how to rapidly capture spaces with different materials and methods of sketching. And, of course, I draw the city every change I get.
