I visited Incheon pier at Incheon city located 40 km far from Seoul last Saturday. The scenery was always great with moving ships, sunlit buildings across the sea, and nets, piled big buoys. It was very cold with wind. I felt colder than in Seoul. Near to 4 pm water on palette went freezing. But the panoramic seascape was just great, which made me feel refreshed.
