Côte d'Ivoire

Well, after one month sketching in Ivory Coast here I am writing some news.

Being in Africa is always an amazing experience. I came back with the feeling that we are so small in this big planet…

Ketta and I spent all days sketching everything, but the ivorians were always asking for a portrait! 🙂

A Portuguese editor will publish a book with our sketches so I can’t post anything but photos. I hope the book can be out soon.

The first picture is from a sketch I made about the fabric that women use a lot there.

The second is me sketching in a gold mine. All the workers stoped their work to see the sketch evolution.

The last is Abidjan, in one of the highest places there (the top of St. Paul cathedral) with a phenomenal panorama view to the city.

I’ll announce when the book is out!
