I saw this woman carrying a baby on her back at the Seran hospital. In my thought she seemed like the baby’s grandmother. She stood in front of an elevator. At that time I was sketching people waiting for their turns in seats. She would disappear soon. I started to draw. It took less than one minute. I couldn’t see the paper not to lose her feature. After a moment’s look at the paper I couldn’t see her any more. Just a drawing was left.

I saw her in summer. She was waiting a bus as same as I. She was a pregnant woman. These days it’s not common to see pregnant women in street as before. And I had enough time to capture her though I was not sure when her bus would arrive. Rapid drawing was needed at that moment too. Luckily I could finish to this degree.

I saw this woman with white wool hat and white coat. She was reading newspaper in bus keeping balance in a running bus.

She was reading a book seated on bench in subway station.

Last momth I went to the event of Multicultural Unity Festival, Goyang city. It was held for unifying people from foreign countries living in Korea. This baby was seated near to me. He seemed to feel sleepy.

At the restaurant of Goyang city, I drew these kids having lunch with their father.

There was an inaugural ceremony of the 34th executive chief of the Korean Buddhist Jogye Order, Ja-Seung(자승스님). Lots of of monks, congregation, tourists, and representative chiefs of government departments, different religions participated to congratulate. Two monks were in chatting before the ceremony started.
I thank for people to give chances to capture our lives living together.
