Walking on Ao Nang Beach, Thailand

[By Benedetta Dossi, Ao Nang Beach, Thailand]

“If you live in Ao Nang beach you’ll fall for changes. Depending on the
day and moon changes, the sea “reacts”: it rises and falls as if it is
breathing. Along the beach the Thai women are swimming in shorts and
shirt. The kids splash around looking for crabs, hundreds of them run
away, dissapearing into the sand.

I reach a little island by walk, thanks to low tide.

The rocks are uncovered and show a diverse universe of creatures who earlier lived in peaceful salt water.
At sunset all the sea turns red, then the sun disappears and slowly the night takes possession of the human world.”
