Urban Sketchers Announces All Sponsors for 2017 Symposium

This July, 570 urban sketchers from 34 countries all over the world will gather in Chicago, USA, for the 8th Urban Sketchers Symposium. The 4-day event is organized by Urban Sketchers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the art of on-location drawing. Beginning on Wednesday, July 26, sketchers will discover Chicago as they explore materials, techniques and ideas on drawing on location from direct observation.

“Urban Sketchers acknowledges the generosity and goodwill of our 2017 Symposium sponsors who made this event possible. This year we have more sponsors than ever, including premium art supplies, refreshments, and pro bono legal services. For the first time we have food and beverage establishments donating hors d’oeuvres and drinks for our opening and closing ceremonies,“ said Urban Sketchers Fundraising Director, Joel Berman.
