La Isla

[by
Javier de Blas in Puerto de Mazarron, Spain]
On the south side of the Port of Mazarron there is a neighborhood called “La Isla” because of th little island there is in front of it. Between this island and the mainland, a few years ago a Phoenician shipwreck was discovered, wich was the oldest documented ship discovered in the world. I am fascinated by this island, the gypsy neighborhood there is on the rock on the left, and the small black rock in front of it.
