Life drawing at Carnival evaluations reunions

by José Louro, Lisbon, Portugal

O

“Drawing a
figure in space, try to look without knowing, making each new drawing be a
particular expression of a moment. The journal makes our everyday life more
beautiful, because we learn to see more and better. How we choose and how we
refuse what to drawing? How is the space affected physically and emotional by
the presence of a figure?”

These words
are
borrowed from Frances Mann and Cherry
Pickles introducing their Life Drawing course at The Prince’s Drawing School
Summer Programme 2014
. Thanks.
